Strictly no smoking in the cottage (smoke/fire alarmed).

3 mins walk to a great restaurant with excellent wine (The Welcome to Town - as featured on Gary Rhodes programme "Rhodes around Britain")

Sleeps 5 (based on formal Wales Tourist Board grading system) and can take 1) a couple with three children based on 2 sharing the other kingsize bed or 2) two couples plus 2 kids
