Bookings

For the summer season (May to September) bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.

Outside of the summer season we are happy to accept weekend bookings or short lets (except for half term weeks and easter) and prices are altered to reflect this. Similarly changeover days are moved to accommodate guests.


When a booking is made we send out a short booking form for you to complete and return.

Payment Terms

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the price to be paid when booking form above is returned to us

The balance is then payable 2 months prior to the commencement of your stay.
Arrival & Departure Times

We kindly ask that guests do not arrive before 4pm on the arrival day and leave by 10.30am on the date of departure to enable our housekeeper to clean the cottage and prepare for the incoming guests.

Animals

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs, for which a small supplement is payable, although we ask that guests restrict their pets to the kitchen/dining area and ensure that the gardens are clear before they depart.
